Concordia University, Nebraska at a glance

Concordia University, Nebraska engages students in a Christ-centered learning community focused on exploring and refining each student’s knowledge and gifts for a life of learning, leadership and service. We started with 12 young men studying to be teachers and have grown to a robust university with more than 1,300 students studying in more than 50 undergraduate and graduate programs. And while more than half of these students are preparing for work within the church, all students are encouraged in their faith growth through chapel, Bible studies, service activities, mission trips and talks with the campus pastor. Our highly-qualified professors are the ones who teach the classes as they also cheer at the games, applaud at the concerts and lead the Bible studies. The residential atmosphere of campus means students do not get lost in the crowd and lifelong friendships are established.
